About the Role
Seeking licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth and face-to-face mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, compassionate therapy to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
- Utilize modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Maintain a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours of weekly availability to support client progress.
- Contribute positively to a clinical community with live support, case consultations, and peer collaboration.
- Handle clinical documentation and coordinate with administrative support handled by the organization.
Requirements
- Independently licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) in Massachusetts.
- Strong commitment to client progress and open to treating various populations.
- Comfortable working with clinical technology and collaborating within a team environment.

Pay
Earn up to $66,500 with performance bonuses.
