Part Time Licensed Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based, compassionate care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
• Manage a minimum of 15 sessions with at least 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Utilize clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Contribute to a supportive clinical community through participation in supervision, case consultations, and team collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed independently in Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Strong commitment to client progress and measurable outcomes.
• Open to treating a variety of clients and comfortable with modern clinical tools.
• Team‑oriented with positive contributions to the clinical community.

Key Duties

• Provide high‑quality mental health services via telehealth and in‑person sessions.
• Engage in ongoing training, supervision, and community support.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.

Pay

Competitive compensation up to $54,100 based on licensure, session volume, and bonuses.
