Part Time Leasing Agent / Onsite Manager

Description

We are seeking a reliable, customer focused Leasing Agent/Onsite Manager to manage our property in the Appleton area! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and can confidently represent the property on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct apartment showings
• Aid current residents with questions and general support
• Cookhouse clubhouse coordination
• Perform light clubhouse cleaning as needed
• Scan and process checks
• Post notices and assist with basic administrative tasks
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with prospective and current residents
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, scanning, and administrative tasks

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00AM - 4:00PM

Compensation

$17.00-$19.00 per hour
