Responsibilities
- Aid in daily property operations to maintain customer satisfaction and financial stability
- Lease properties by managing renewal offers, logging responses, and maintaining property availability
- Manage property licenses and renewals through legal counsel and city liaisons
- Handle move-outs by verifying final statements and conducting inspections
- Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations
- Prepare weekly reports and assist in developing marketing and retention programs
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, and answering phones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Entrata knowledge is preferred
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Logical thinking and ability to follow standardized procedures
