Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

About the role

This position involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role includes maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring store cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and implement plan-o-grams.
• Assist customers in locating products and operate cash registers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Provide superior customer service and support store operations.
• In the absence of management, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, and monitor security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to operate cash registers and follow cash control policies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies and merchandise presentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
