About the Role
This position involves providing in-home health evaluations as a Part-Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). You will conduct 45-minute visits to review medication and medical history, perform physical assessments, and facilitate diagnostic tests as ordered by health plans. Clinicians use an iPad for streamlined workflows and may conduct virtual visits.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes
- Visit individuals nationwide, providing personalized care based on their needs
- Perform diagnostic and preventive services, including tests like spirometry and bone density screening
- Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required
- Work in diverse home environments, ensuring safety and comfort
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in relevant areas
- Board certification (required)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
- Ability to cover specified locations
Pay
Competitive pay ranging from $41.85 to $90.13 per hour, dependent on experience and location.
