About The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator (Part Time) supports day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle within a restaurant operations environment across our brands. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who thrives in a fast-paced, operations-driven setting and is eager to grow within HR.
What You’ll Do
- SUPPORT THE EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE
- CORPORATE ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING PROCESSES
- COORDINATE ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING PROCESSES
- ENSURE NEW HIRE PAPERWORK AND I-9S ARE COMPLETED ACCURATELY
- SET UP EMPLOYEES IN SYSTEMS AND ENSURE READINESS FOR FIRST SHIFT
- PROCESS OFFBOARDING, INCLUDING TERMINATIONS, SYSTEM DEACTIVATION, AND COORDINATION WITH PAYROLL FOR FINAL PAY
- MANTAIN ACCURATE OFFBOARDING RECORDS IN ALIGNMENT WITH COMPANY POLICY AND STATE REQUIREMENTS
- MANTAIN ACCURATE HR DATA
- PROCESS EMPLOYEE CHANGES (TRANSFERS, PAY UPDATES, STATUS CHANGES)
- KEEP EMPLOYEE RECORDS UP TO DATE ACROSS SYSTEMS
- BE A GO-TO HR RESOURCE
- MONITOR AND RESPOND TO HR INBOX INQUIRIES ROUTE QUESTIONS TO THE RIGHT TEAM MEMBERS
- SUPPORT EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATIONS AND GENERAL HR REQUESTS
- AID IN WORKERS’ COMPENSATION TRACKING AND DOCUMENTATION
- SUPPORT INCIDENT REPORT COLLECTION AND COORDINATION
- MAY ASSIST WITH HR INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS AS NEEDED
- PURCHASE DAY-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE HR TEAM
What You Bring
- 1–2 YEARS OF HR OR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ORGANIZATION, AND FOLLOW-THROUGH
- ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE TASKS AND PRIORITIZE EFFECTIVELY IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- ABILITY TO HANDLE SENSITIVE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WITH DISCRETION
- PROFESSIONALITY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT) OR GOOGLE SUITE
- FAMILIARITY WITH HR SYSTEMS SUCH AS ADP WORKFORCE NOW, 7SHIFTS, OR JAZZHR IS A PLUS
- EXPOSURE TO MULTI-STATE ENVIRONMENTS AND FAMILIARITY WITH HR PRACTICES AND EMPLOYMENT LAWS IS A PLUS
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR RELATED FIELD PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
Work Requirement
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 100% ONSITE IN BELLEVUE, WA REQUIRING APPROXIMATELY 20–25 HOURS PER WEEK
