Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiting activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Aid in onboarding paperwork, new hire orientation, and employee file management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents using Microsoft Excel
- Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll administration
- Create and maintain HR documents, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Absorb employee communications and general HR inquiries
- Cook up training schedules and maintain training records
- Perform general office and administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management
- Aid in administrative projects and reporting needs
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information
- Support compliance with company policies and workplace procedures
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required; an associate’s degree or relevant coursework is preferred
- Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience in manufacturing or automotive environments is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data entry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- A professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Schedule
Part-time position approximately 20–30 hours per week, flexible schedule based on operational needs.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or applicant tracking systems
- Experience supporting recruiting and hiring processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and administrative support skills
