Part Time - Foodservice Worker

About the role

Performs routine food service tasks, including portioning, serving, cleaning, and food preparation, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, packaging, and delivery within the foodservice area.
• Clean and sanitize food service environments as required by management and regulations.
• Record food and storage temperatures, handle food trays, and store supplies appropriately.
• Read and interpret patient meal tickets, labels, and recipes to ensure accurate service.
• May handle cash transactions as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in food prep, serving, cleaning, or customer service is advantageous.

Skills

Ability to work in clinical settings, follow procedures, and maintain professionalism is essential.
