Part Time - Foodservice Worker

Role Overview

Responsible for preparing cold and limited hot foods in production areas, serving to tray and cafeteria areas, and assisting in catering functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare salads and desserts following recipes and packaging instructions.
• Portion and merchandise food items according to department standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in tray lines, cafeterias, and dish rooms.
• Record temperatures and replenish nourishment stations, documenting all items accurately.
• Receive food and supplies per policy and manage proper par levels at workstations.
• Process cafeteria charges correctly and report issues to supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards, work in a team environment, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• This role typically involves working in an office environment, with a focus on compliance with policies and procedures to ensure quality service and food safety.
