Part-Time Fitting Room Specialist (Day-Time Availability)
Responsibilities
- Affirms customers receive world-class customer service and attention in fitting rooms.
- Answers all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant manner.
- Assists customers and transfers calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance.
- Performs general office duties such as mail service, sorting, and delivering mail.
- Makes signs for all shops and assists in various projects for leadership team members.
- Develops product knowledge and collaborates with sales associates to achieve daily selling goals.
- Monitors and checks customers in and out of fitting rooms, ensuring proper merchandise handling.
- Answers questions regarding merchandise locations, prices, and uses.
- Contributes to a positive work environment fostering pride in being part of a winning team and promoting personal growth.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Behaves professionally in appearance and attitude, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and treating others with respect and consideration.
- Follows Scheels' policies and procedures.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.

Education & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED), and 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Wage
Minimum starting wage is $*****/Hour.
Schedule
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available minimum of two weekends a month. Average hours per week is 20 hours.
