Part-Time Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to contribute to store profitability, guest experience, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plansPackage, label, and merchandise products following planograms and expectationsStock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating casesCollaborate with departments and stores to support retail growthNotify managers when supplies need replenishingFollow safety, food safety, PPE, and cleaning protocolsAdhere to guest experience guidelinesAssist in other departments as neededPerform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferredAt least one year of retail or related experience preferredStrong reading, writing, and comprehension skillsBasic math skillsDetail-oriented and capable of multitasking Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending and twisting. The environment includes varied temperatures and potential exposure to outdoor weather conditions, with low to moderate noise levels.
