Part-Time Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to contribute to the store’s financial success while ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and food safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce deli products according to plansPackage and label deli items per program guidelinesMerchandise products based on flight plans and merchandising standardsStock backroom with rotated and dated cases/bucketsCollaborate with other departments to support store growthNotify management about supply needsPerform basic math and communicate tasks clearlyFollow safety, food safety, PPE, and guest experience guidelinesAssist with tasks in other departments as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferredAt least one year of retail or related experience preferredStrong reading, writing, comprehension, and basic math skillsDetail-oriented with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Physical & Work Environment: Requires lifting, standing, walking, bending, and exposure to varied temperatures and noise levels typical of retail environments.
