Part-Time Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. It contributes to the store's financial health by following company guidelines for guest experience, safety, and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to plansPackage, label, and merchandise products as directedStock and rotate backroom inventoryCollaborate with other departments to support store growthNotify managers of supply needsFollow safety, PPE, food safety, and cleanliness protocolsAdhere to guest experience standardsPerform tasks in other departments as needed Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED preferredOne year of retail or related experience preferredStrong reading, writing, comprehension, and basic math skillsDetail-oriented and able to interpret documents Physical Demands: Must frequently lift/move up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
