Part-Time Deli Associate

About the role

This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to support store profitability and meet company standards for guest experience, safety, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli products according to production plans.
• Package, label, and merchandise deli products per plan and merchandising expectations.
• Stock backroom with rotating and dated deli items.
• Collaborate with other departments and notify managers about supply needs.
• Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and cleaning guidelines.
• Ensure guest experience standards are met and perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and operate in varied temperatures and environments.
