Part-Time Deli Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to meet company standards and contribute to store profitability. It emphasizes delivering excellent guest experiences while adhering to safety and food safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce deli products as per production plans.Package, label, and merchandise deli items following merchandising expectations.Stock backroom with rotated and dated products.Collaborate with other departments and notify managers of supply needs.Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and cleanliness protocols.Communicate tasks and procedures effectively with team members.Support guest experience standards and perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.At least one year of retail or related experience preferred.Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.Detail-oriented with good communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
