Part-Time Deli Associate

About the role

This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products to meet company standards for quality, safety, and guest experience. The role contributes to the store's financial performance and collaborates with other departments to support growth. Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli items according to production plans
• Package, label, and merchandise deli products as scheduled
• Stock backroom with rotating and dating cases/buckets
• Coordinate with teams to achieve store growth goals
• Notify management for supply needs
• Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and cleaning protocols
• Communicate tasks and procedures effectively
• Assist with other tasks based on customer needs

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements
