Part-Time Deli Associate

About the role

This position involves preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli products independently to support store profitability and meet guest experience standards. It requires adhering to safety, food safety, and cleanliness guidelines, and collaborating with team members and other departments. Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce deli products per production plans
• Package and label deli items according to program specifications
• Merchandise deli products following flight plans and merchandising expectations
• Stock backroom with rotated and dated products
• Coordinate with teams to achieve store growth
• Notify managers about supply needs
• Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience standards
• Assist with tasks in other departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret documents
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally; stand and walk for extended periods
