Part-Time Crisis Worker

About the role

Responsible for providing crisis intervention services in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct client support including counseling and therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to supervising professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health crises

Qualifications

• Passing score on a background check
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
