Part Time - Convenience Store Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products, processing financial transactions, and ensuring a positive guest experience while adhering to safety and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Handle transactions accurately, including cash, checks, credit cards, and other payment methods.Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking store products.Operate the cash register, promote store programs, and maintain a clean and organized service area.Ensure correct product identification, pricing, and signage; report errors promptly.Communicate store promotions and assist customers with loyalty programs and in-store specials.Follow security, cash handling, and food safety policies; maintain sanitation and safety standards.Support stock replenishment and store cleanliness, including outside grounds.Adhere to PPE, safety, and guest experience guidelines; perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.Prior retail experience is a plus.Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.Organizational skills with attention to detail.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures.
