Part-Time Convenience Store Associate

Role Overview: Responsible for independently displaying and stocking products, processing financial transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive guest experience while adhering to safety and food safety guidelines. Perform cash register operations, handle various payment methods, and assist with loyalty program enrollment.Receive, unload, and stock products in designated store areas.Maintain front-end duties such as managing the checkout area, suggesting additional sales, and keeping the service area clean.Ensure proper product identification, signage accuracy, and communicate store programs and promotions to customers.Follow security, cash handling, product handling, and sanitation policies.Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment, including outside grounds.Assist with stocking shelves, coolers, and back room inventory, and follow all safety and food safety protocols.May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer needs.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.One year of retail or related experience preferred.Strong verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and conditions.
