Part-Time Convenience Store Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products, processing financial transactions, and ensuring excellent guest experiences while adhering to safety and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Handle cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, WIC, loyalty cards, gift certificates, refunds, voids, and coupons accurately.Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking store products.Operate the cash register, promote store programs, and maintain a clean, organized front-end.Ensure correct product identification, pricing, and signage, reporting errors as needed.Communicate store promotions and loyalty programs to customers, providing high-quality service.Follow security, cash handling, product handling, and safety policies, including food safety and sanitation standards.Maintain a clean, stocked environment and assist with stocking shelves and back room.Adhere to PPE, safety, and guest experience guidelines; perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.One year retail or related experience preferred.Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move up to 30-50 pounds, stand and walk extensively, and work in varied environments. Accommodations available for disabilities.
