We are seeking a professional development specialist in school-based behavioral health within a community partnership program. Responsibilities include: Designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional development sessions for school staff and districts, both in-person and onlineCollaborating with team members and developing training materials and resourcesProviding workshops and consultation on social-emotional learning and behavioral health topicsSupporting schools and community organizations through training and coaching Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work (LICSW in MA required)Several years of social work experience in school-based behavioral health, with a preference for those with 5+ yearsProven experience in designing and facilitating professional development for K–12 audiences, with a focus on social justice and equityStrong communication, facilitation, and writing skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in diverse settingsMultilingual capacity and BIPOC applicants encouraged to apply Additional details: Flexibility in schedule, with Wednesdays requiredOpportunities for consultation with schools and districts, and to develop virtual and in-person training formatsEligible for a sign-on bonus and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and discounts
