About the role

This role focuses on designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional development for school professionals in social-emotional and behavioral health within a school-based behavioral health program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and co-facilitate workshops both online and in person
• Create supporting materials for professional development initiatives
• Collaborate with a team to assess and meet training needs
• Consult with schools and community organizations on professional learning initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work
• At least 5 years of social work experience in school-based behavioral health
• LICSW licensure in MA
• Experience in diverse urban school settings
• Experience in training development
• Strong communication skills

Schedule
