Clinical Social Worker, Part-Time

About the role

This role involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional development for school professionals in social-emotional and behavioral health. Located within a school-based behavioral health program, the position focuses on building capacity through workshops, training sessions, and consultation with school districts and community organizations, without providing direct clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Developing and co-facilitating live and asynchronous training sessions for educators and school staff
• Creating supporting resources and materials for training programs
• Collaborating with team members and engaging in ongoing coaching and professional growth
• Potentially consulting with schools and districts on professional learning initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work and LICSW licensure in MA
• Several years of social work experience in school-based behavioral health, with preference for experience in diverse urban settings
• Proven ability to design and facilitate trainings for K–12 audiences with a focus on social justice and equity
• Strong communication, facilitation, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in developing training in various formats, including online and in-person

Schedule

Flexibility in scheduling, with Wednesdays required.
