Part-Time Clinical Social Worker

About the role

This role involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional development for school professionals in behavioral health and social-emotional learning. It requires collaboration with the TAP team to develop workshops and resources in various formats, including live, online, and asynchronous sessions. The position does not provide direct clinical services but focuses on training and consultation to enhance school-based behavioral health systems.

Responsibilities

• Design professional development programs for school professionals in behavioral health and social-emotional learning
• Facilitate and evaluate training sessions and workshops
• Collaborate with the TAP team to develop workshops and resources
• Deliver content across live, online, and asynchronous formats
• Provide consultation to strengthen school-based behavioral health systems

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work
• LICSW licensure in Massachusetts
• Several years of experience in school-based behavioral health
• Preference for experience in diverse urban settings
