About the role

Provides direct patient care within standards of nursing practice, promoting patient and family-centered care, education, safety, and quality compliance. Collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Utilizes critical nursing skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.

Responsibilities
