About the Role

Early Childhood Educator supporting elementary-aged children during out-of-school time, fostering a safe and nurturing environment, and implementing tailored curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers
• Partner with parents and community contacts
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, authorities, and partners

Requirements

• 2-3 years of early childhood experience (preferred)
• Child Development Associate (CDA) or NAEYC candidacy
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Effective communication in English
• State-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them

Pay
