About the role

This role involves supporting elementary-aged children during out-of-school time, fostering inspired learning and positive development as an early childhood educator.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers
• Implement tailored curricula
• Create a safe, nurturing environment
• Partner with parents
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to meet goals
• Build relationships with families, authorities, and community contacts

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Preferred state trainer status
• 2-3 years early childhood experience
• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and engage in active supervision
• Proficient in English communication
