Before and After School Teacher - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers
• Implement curriculum tailored to children's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment
• Partner with parents to ensure quality care and education
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families, community contacts, and partners

Qualifications & Skills

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
• 2-3 years of early childhood education experience (preferred)
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications, CPR, and First Aid
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and engage in physical activity
• Strong communication skills in English
