Job Description

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for a part-time Banquet Bartender in our campus Hospitality department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks for guests in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor/stock bar supplies
• Auxiliary in setting up/tearing down events
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
• Auxiliary in catering team (working events such as buffets, served meals and receptions)

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to obtain a valid Indiana Bartender’s license
• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
• Positive, respectful, and committed to the schedule you create
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Additional Information

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr + gratuity
