Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Reads and understands all particulars of banquet event orders.
• Collections all necessary equipment, beverages, etc. to set up designated area.
• Polishes all glassware and prepares needed bar condiments.
• Provides beverage service to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• After function, removes inventory and all beverage equipment to proper storage.
• Retrieves and stores bar glassware to proper storage.
• Communicates any challenges or guest complaints.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Team player.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work weekend shifts.
