Banquet Bartender, Part Time

About the role

As a Banquet Bartender at Sawmill Creek, you’ll provide exceptional beverage service in a vibrant and dynamic environment. You will prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

• Bartend full-service bars, making drinks to order, taking food orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate cash registers and verify identification for guests purchasing alcohol.
• Complete mandatory Basic Food Safety & Sanitation Training and, if applicable, ServSafe Alcohol Training.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
• Interact with guests to provide personalized service, take drink orders, and make recommendations based on preferences.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
• Good judgment and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Enthusiasm for Cedar Point and Sawmill Creek.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
