Responsibilities
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance
- Resolve guest issues in a positive and helpful way
- Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Able to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Friendly, professional demeanor with everyone you meet
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of valet parking experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
