Parking Valet Attendant - Hotel

Pay Rate: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour plus cash and electronic tips

Schedule

Includes but not limited to:

• Morning (6am-2pm)
• Afternoon (1pm-9pm)
• Evening (5pm-12am)

Shifts available: Full Time, Part Time, On Call

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve guest issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.

Requirements

• At least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications (Good to Have)

• 2+ years of valet parking experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of manual transmission driving experience.
