Parking Valet Attendant - Hotel

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour plus cash tips. Full-time and part-time positions available in Riverside, CA. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

Propark Mobility is hiring Valet Attendants for immediate start. You’ll greet guests cheerfully, park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly, explain parking rates, and follow company guidelines for vehicle inspection. Maintain a professional appearance, resolve guest issues, and assist with occasional cleaning, maintenance, or special projects.

This is an active role—expect to stand, walk, and sometimes lift items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet and thank guests upon arrival and departure
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe, timely manner
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for self-park vehicle retrieval
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession, following company guidelines
• Maintain company uniform and professional appearance
• Resolve guest issues in a positive, helpful manner
• Stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs
• Complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or special projects as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
