Parking Valet Attendant - Hotel

Pay Rate: $19.29 per hour plus cash tips.

About the role

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities at the Westin Hotel-DIA. Shifts are available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Be active outdoors most of the day, standing, walking, and occasionally assisting with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
• Energetic, outgoing, and physically able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
