Parking Valet Attendant - Hotel

About the role

Propark Mobility is currently hiring a part-time Valet Attendant to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of valet parking experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Pay

$16.94 per hour plus cash tips.

Schedule

Part-time: Tuesday & Thursday 7 AM–3 PM, Friday 11 AM–4 PM, with occasional weekends.
