About the role
Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain the company uniform appearance.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of valet parking experience.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
