Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour plus cash tips

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
• Maintain company uniform appearance
• Resolve guest issues in a positive and helpful way
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively

Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
