About the role
Initial point of contact for all parties, including agents and clients, for the preparation of a real estate closing.
Responsibilities
- Requests all the documents necessary to conduct closing according to contract terms
- Determines and verifies correct amounts due on mortgages, taxes and other liens
- Obtains Attorney approval for legal documents related to the transaction
- Schedules closing appointments
