Paralegal

About the role

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is based at Renier Hotopp Law Offices, LLC in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client communication with timely responses and no gaps in follow-up
• Meet or exceed billable and productivity targets
• Deliver highly accurate work with minimal corrections required
• Avoid errors in all court filings and ensure they are submitted on time
• Actively support attorneys and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Experience in a similar role, though this is not an entry-level position
• Ability to operate with minimal oversight and confidently manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required
• Experience in family law is a plus

Benefits

The firm offers a competitive compensation package starting at $50,000 per year, with potential for growth and additional benefits depending on performance and experience.

Pay

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
