Back Paralegal in the Post Completions Team Part-time Deadline: 19 October 2023 We are looking for a talented paralegal to join our conveyancing team in Milton Keynes. As a member of the team you will assist your team leader on the post completion process for sale, purchase, transfer of equity, and re-mortgage transactions. You’ll need to be keen to learn and also have the confidence to deal with clients right from the very beginning, being both approachable as well as efficient to resolve matters as quickly as possible for our clients. You will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills, be able to work independently and be driven to provide an excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities Land Registry ApplicationsDealing with requisitionsUpdating LMS / Lender ExchangeArchivingChasing for compliance certificatesDealing with management company requirementsStamp duty requirements Requirements A high level of attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate with colleagues at all levelsA positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach to your workEffective personal, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple demandsThe ability to work to tight timescales with a sense of urgencyThe aptitude to work efficiently and effectively to progress your case load whilst maintaining the highest quality of work
