Responsibilities

• Assist in-house attorneys with a wide range of real estate transactions and corporate projects
• Commercial loan workouts
• Commercial closings
• Collateral dispositions
• Compliance monitoring
• Dispute resolution
• Grant fundings
• Corporate governance
• Program development and implementation
• Support with contract administration, drafting, and reviews
• Collaborate directly with a team of attorneys, paralegals, a legal analyst, and business units’ staff
• Report to the Director of Legal Operations
