Responsibilities
- Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and manage information flow.
- Serve as the primary client contact during litigation, provide updates, and prepare clients for depositions and trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and orders; handle e-filing and service of process.
- Research statutes, case law, and procedural rules; review evidence and prepare summaries.
- Manage document production, schedule depositions/mediations, prepare exhibits and trial binders, and support attorneys in court.
- Assist with releases, dismissal filings, and coordination of lien resolution and disbursements.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal or Legal Studies (certification preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in personal injury, litigation, or related practice areas.
- Proficiency in legal research and e-filing systems.
- Familiarity with case management software (e.g. e Filevine or similar)
