Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to workers’ compensation defense matters
• Maintain and organize case files
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
• Cook up case activity and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
• Meet yearly billable requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of workers’ compensation defense paralegal experience required
• Experience with Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers’ compensation procedures (New York experience is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay proactive in a fast-paced practice
