This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
• Coordinate and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings.
