About the role

The distinguished litigation practice seeks a Paralegal to join their dynamic team of trial attorneys. The firm is known for its excellence in handling complex insurance and contract disputes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file high-volume motions for default judgments
• Manage e-filing through NYCEF and EDDS systems
• Cook up and submit motions electronically
• Draft, assemble, and submit motions electronically
• Utilize Simplicity Collect for document generation and NetDocs for document management
• Coordinate and obtain client e-signatures for required documents

What You’ll Do

• Utilize Simplicity Collect for document generation and NetDocs for document management
• Gain experience with NYCEF and EDDS platforms
• Secure client signatures promptly to avoid delays
• Ensure motions are drafted accurately and filed on time
• E-filing processes run smoothly with minimal errors

Pay

Pay Range: $35-40 per hour
