About the role

We are a small, high-talent-density team based in San Francisco and New York. This role is ideal for someone with experience in legal work in positions such as paralegal, legal coordinator, legal operations, or similar support roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Counsel in legal, administrative, and operational matters
• Aid with document management, organization, tracking, and process coordination
• Manage legal workflows, deadlines, and cross-functional follow-ups
• Provide support on projects that span legal and operational functions
• Cook up information and tasks to be handled efficiently and accurately
• Cook up and improve internal processes, systems, and documentation

Requirements

• Experience in legal work in positions such as paralegal, legal coordinator, legal operations, or similar support role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Creative and resourceful approach to work
• Highly task-focused with strong follow-through
• Collaborative style and comfort working across teams
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment where responsibilities may evolve

• Paralegal or legal support professional background

Pay

$90,000 - $100,000 in base cash compensation plus equity

This role is full-time and in person at our San Francisco office.
