About the Role

The Paralegal will provide contract review and administrative support to the Legal Department.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Evans Legal Team to maintain a library of standard contract templates for use across the Company, including Owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor and consulting contracts.
• Provide assistance with contract reviews and comparisons based on templates or previously negotiated terms for approval by counsel.
• Maintain, update, and monitor the company’s database of contracts with Owners, vendors, and subcontractors and report on deadlines for necessary updates, amendments, review, or finalization.
• Assemble final contracts and submit to counsel for review and General Counsel for execution.
• Act as point of contact for the Legal Department in the tracking of contracts, updates, regulatory filings, and more.
• Head compliance tracking efforts.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Paralegal Certificate and experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional office setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess a strong work ethic and superior attention to detail.
